The liberals democrats use a "handbook" to fight election campains. In one ward in June 2004, hundreds of Green Party Activists followed the election to track the progress, and discerne possible conclusions. After thousands of hours pounding the keyboard, the activists have reached the following conclusions:

  3. Always show three candidates on your graph (even when there are four!!)
