Thank you very much for you instructions to locate the Green Route Scrutiny Report. I read it with interest.
I am having a little trouble locating the background paper which is titled Transport Panel 22 November 2001 Item 3 - Green Route Scrutiny, I wonder it you know its whereabouts? Also I am little puzzled that the Transport Panel has no notes of its meetings before 22/05/2003. Can you advise me if this is standard practice for this panel?

The Transport Panel papers have up to now not been included on the website. I have attached a copy of the paper you refer to. It does not really say much - the appendix is included in the Scrutiny Committee report.
