Dear Keith
I wonder if you can assist me, as one of your constituents, in finding out the answer to a question I first raised with Trevor Mason, Transportation Planning and Policy. I asked:
- I am puzzled that the Transport Panel has no notes of its meetings before 22/05/2003. Can you advise me if this is standard practice for this panel?
To which I received the reply:
- The Transport Panel papers have up to now not been included on the website.
The reply I received is unsatisfactory, since it gives me no indication as to whether this is policy, nor whether these papers will be made available on the website in the future (as other panels seem to do). You may have recently seen a letter under my name in the Watford Observer, which explains my interest in this subject. I hope you agree that to send me each and every document on a piecemeal basis, cannot be a sensible way to make public documents available,
Yours,
Martin Wiesner
